Returns, Exchange and Refund

At KaStore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order by providing appropriate products and sizes. If you receive the wrong product or if it doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Your pickup will be arranged by KaStore within 2-3 working days of your request. In case of customer error then customer will have to bear the exchange charge of 200/- rupees

All products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact when we receive them.

If the order does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request will not be processed, and your order will be sent back to your pickup address.

Please note: In case the desired size is not available for exchange, you can place a refund request following our refund policy. No other product can be exchanged in place of the same. 

Returns Policy:

Shipping charges and COD charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. Parial COD charges of 200 cannot be refunded as this is a part of the delivery charges for the shipment. 

Prepaid orders and delivered orders cannot be returned.

We will deduct shipping charges of Rs.200 in case of reverse pickup, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you in case of a refund where KaStore is at fault. 

Important points to remember:

Return requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

Your pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 working days.

If your return is accepted then the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. 

If your Replacement is accepted then the replacement order will be delivered within 7-10 working days. 

If your exchange is accepted then the exchange order will be delivered within 7-10 working days. 

All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

Amount Refund:

If you return the product, shipping charges and COD charges will be deducted. Additionally, a reverse shipping charge of Rs.200 will be applied, and the balance amount will be refunded to you. If in case the order which had an issue is not reported within 30 days then KaStore cannot process a refund or KaStore cannot be held responsible. 

Mode of Refund:

  1. Prepaid Orders: We do not accept returns once order is delivered and can only exchange in certain cases only. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order was placed. Once we receive the product, the amount will be refunded back to the original payment method used while placing the order within 7-10 working days. In case of any clarifications KaStore support team will contact you for further information. 

  2. COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the bank account specified when placing the return request, and your amount will be reflected in your account within 15 working days.

Please note: In case delivery time extends beyond 20 days, we will provide a refund. To process the refund, we will require 7 business days. Additionally, all tags and packaging must be intact, and the product should be unwashed, stained, any kind of bad odour or used.
